The number of animals (2017-18)
IMPACTS CREATED ON SOCIETY:-
- There are millions of stray and homeless animals in India.
- Blue Cross of India follows a humane and practical solution to control the population through Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgery.
- However, due to financial and infrastructural constraints, it is impossible for them to provide shelter and care for all these animals. If every individual were to adopt one stray/homeless animal, the number of those on the streets will become negligible.
VISION AND MISSION:-
Thousands of abandoned, unwanted and injured pets turn to us for help
every year.
- At Blue Cross India, believe in finding each one a home that can give them all the love they deserve. Everyone can play a very important role in changing these animals’ lives forever.
- Sponsor feeding of all animals in the shelters for a day-Rs.11,000/-
- Sponsor a rescue-Rs.200/-
- Sponsor feeding a dog for one month-Rs.500/-
- Sponsor feeding a cat for one month-Rs.200/-
- Vaccinate a puppy-Rs.500/-
